Excellent experience
Best pizza on the South Shore beside Denly's. Not really much seating on the inside so more of a take out place, but they use quality ingredients and have really good customer service.
Disappointment is an understatement. I'll jump right in. The women behind the counter tried to do just that when I showed up to pick up the pizza I ordered, paid and tipped for. I came in, all smiles, in a great mood, and upon greeting me she very sternly, looked me on the eye, and said in the toughest, most masculine voice she could muster: you know your food was ready 16 minutes after you ordered it, right? The pizza was burnt and inedible..to spend $30 on a pizza and have it not only burnt, but also COLD was extremely disappointing....we came right before the designated time window for it to be done and it was cold..which means it was sitting done and waiting for awhile and we were unaware. The woman at the register at the time has zero customer service skills. Didn't even say hi. I do not plan to go back....
