I’ve been a huge fan of Otto for years and have never previously had any issues with them. However, yesterday, I placed an order for a couple pizzas and they arrived about 3 hours late. When I called the store after the first hour past the order’s ETA, the employee on the phone told me that they had handed the order off to DoorDash (?) and the fact that I hadn’t received it was between me and DoorDash. Rough two attempts getting the slice special (Similar experience to the review before me) but third attempt was a success and let me tell you... 10/10. Easily my new favorite pizza. Everything about the these slices were amazing. love the sweet sauce, and the cheese was plentiful and delicious. Bottom of pizza was cooked perfectly. Can't wait for their 18th birthday!
