I would not recommend this company for ANYONE buying or selling a home. I was buying my first house, and I put an offer down on one that was listed with Plate Realty. Curt Ratliff is the most unprofessional real estate agent I have ever met. He was shady and inappropriate in the way he handled our offer on the house we were interested in, and went behind our backs to find another buyer that offered $1000 more than our offer and stated that it would be in cash, and with no home inspection.
