At first things started out ok, but given my chaotic work schedule, I had to switch to a dentist that had less restrictive hours. It’s a good thing I did. When they checked my insurance, Ottley had tried to charge me for a procedure that had already been paid in cash, but put it was under the wrong code and rejected. There were also passive aggressive comments made regarding my teeth by some of the staff. Dr Ottley and staff were amazing to my daughter's dental needs and she was able to have an appt. within one week!! Especially during this virus, I felt it was a miracle because other dentists were at least one to two months behind!! Dr. Ottley Family Dental were a blessing!!
