The Most Beautiful Eye Frames – The inventory of eye wear is so unique. There is a special frame for everyone at this beautiful store. The staff are fun people who love to laugh and are serious about their product. It has been the best experience ever buying eye frames. Now, for the first time, I enjoy wear eyeglasses. I receive endless compliments. The only drawback is that I didn't want to leave the lovely store because of the elegant and warm decor and staff!!

Great frames, great staff. Best in town, bar none. – Not sure who these "snotty staff" were that people talked to. The wife and I had top-notch service; friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Yes, they will try to stop you from buying frames that don't work for your face, even if you seem to be in love with the frames in question. Some cool glasses, lots of snotty staff – If you have any personal taste or opinions on what you like, you may find this place frustrating. If you have no ability to choose what sits on your face, and think someone else should make the decision entirely for you, then you will love it here. I know I like plastic glasses. Stylish frames; nice, knowledgeable owners; snotty employee – I used to really like Ottica. Six months ago, I would have said Ottica had stylish frames and were priced better than some of the other shops in the area. I've bought 3 pairs of glasses there and really like the two owners, Lorelai and Arlene. Ottica Seattle - Trendy and Personable – Ottica Seattle is trendy and quite European in styling so I was sure that I couldn't afford anything and that they'd have nothing for me but what the heck. The owners are very knowledgeable and HONEST. My head is large and it's hard to find eyewear that fits AND looks good.
