I just went there to get a few items.
First time I've ever had a pharmacist flake on an appointment, and they didn't have any backup to administer a booster shot. First and last time visiting this clinic.
I work with Seniors at an independent senior community. When the COVID vaccines came out it was difficult to receive them because we were not assisted living. Thankfully Ottersen's came out and gave our seniors their vaccines and came back in the Fall for our booster shots. They were kind, gentle, and so very helpful. We are forever grateful for Ottersen's services!
