Nice people that work there but u wait forever to see the vet, then u wait to get the paperwork and to pay and leave. Used them with my first dog and went back with my second cause they are cheap but when we switched vets we found out stuff that the vet didn't tell me with my first dog about vaccination, heart guard and protection from ticks and flees. Very disappointed since they are my neighbors and easy for us now we bring our dog a half hour away and it's worth it.
The best
Have been with Otterkill for years. Dogs, cats, rabbit, & even a turtle. Always compassionate, professional & accommodating. Recently & sadly needed our very sick "Toddy" put to sleep. Their compassion was heartfelt & patiently let the whole family attend. I will stay with them. Thank you to the entire staff.
Always compassionate and professional. Would never go anyplace else!! They truly make sure your pets are well taken care of.
