RecommendedAfter much seeking for a quality renovation for my kitchen, I’m fortunate to have found Otterbeck Builders. They were professional, trustworthy, clean & helpful when I had difficulty with some decisions. Their designer was top notch. I am so pleased with the outcome of my project & would use them for any of my future home renovations. What a beautiful space they gave me. Friends & family can’t believe the transformation!
Otterbeck Builders recently completed a 2 car Garage at our residence. We love it! They have also completed a kitchen remodel for us in the past. We highly recommend Dett and his team. They are professional, respectful, neat and stay on schedule. They are perfectionists and that is what you want when you pay good money for a product. We are repeat customers for that reason!
Otterbeck Builders recently completed my kitchen renovation and I can’t believe how beautiful it has turned out!. The process was very professional, all of the steps in the process were completed on time, and Dett and his team were patient with all my questions, they were respectful of my home, and they didn’t leave without ensuring that I was happy with all the work. I highly recommend Otterbeck Builders and I will be calling them again for my next project!
I took time off work for them to come do an estimate on 4/1 just to get a letter dated 4/3 that they don’t have the time to give me a quote. There is no need to waste my time yet they are still advertising they will be at the home show this Sunday. Ridiculous.
After visiting my house, Dett explained it could take 2 weeks to write an estimate. A week after the visit, Dett emailed me saying the estimate would be delayed due to a vacation. 4 weeks after that email I get a letter that they cannot quote the project. Dett did not even have the decency to call or follow up personally by email after assuring us multiple times we’d receive an estimate. Totally unprofessional and cost us valuable time securing other estimates.
Nan and I want thank Otterbeck Builders for another excellent job. Dett and Cory made the planning process easy, answering all our questions and concerns. Joe checked in a few times a week with us and his crew to make sure things were running smoothly and on time. Thank you to Rudy, Chris and James who worked every day to complete our new addition rain or shine. This is our second time working with Otterbeck builders and we couldn’t be happier.
