Wonderful center with wonderful staff. Lindsey is knowledgeable and responsive, Kaela is kind and comforting.
I don’t usually bother with reviews, and I sure as hell don’t hand out praise easy. My son’s been through more rehabs than I can count, and most of them were all talk and no results. Otter House wasn’t like that. These folks cut through the crap, held him accountable, and treated him like a man, not a paycheck. I went through this program and it saved my life. I just picked up 1 year clean and never thought it possible!! The staff being in recovery made me feel understood, the outings are great and the coping skills I learned to find a new way to live are priceless. Thank you OHW!!!
I was very impressed by the level of professionalism here. I was nervous sending my child away to her second treatment, but from the first call with admissions I knew she would be cared for here. Every staff member that I spoke with was kind, honest, and understanding. The therapists were INCREDIBLE and every time I spoke to my daughter she had something wonderful to say about the tech staff. Thank you!
My cousin was a recent client at this facility. I am beyond grateful for the care and support he received through this program. Whether it be tech staff or the therapists they provided not only professional guidance, but also genuine compassion and encouragement every step of the way.
