This person,when contacted, set an appt to see the property in a very reasonable time frame. They were also on time. The reasonable I only gave them 2 stars was because when calling me back with a bid they forgot to take into account some of the improvements needed to be done. They then had to call again with a much lower price. The price they tell you on the phone is what they usually pay for that type of real estate. That original price was far from the final bid.
