RecommendedHad a very helpful phone interaction with one of their installation experts, who was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and patient, as he walked me through the steps to reset my retractable awning, that had become "unset", due to accidentally moving it. Kristopher Larson came to our house to give us an estimate for our awning. He arrived on time, called ahead as promised, and mailed our estimate very quickly. Although we have decided to put off our purchase for another day, the way we were treated will make us sure to choose Otter Creek when we eventually revisit our decision.
