My interaction with the pharmacist, I think her name is Nelly was really disappointing. When I asked questions about some medications, the responses felt rushed and dismissive, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. As a customer, I expect clear communication and basic human courtesy, and that wasn’t my experience here.
Co-op pharmacies are the best in city.
I switched back to shoppers where its so much more expensive because i was sick of the horrible hours, how slow the staff was, no one answers the phone some days and pill bottles that the lids always fall off spilling everything everywhere! I have no problem paying extra for better service!
