I recently purchased a 42" Ariens zero turn mower. Within 9 hours of mowing the deck belt broke. I had a conversation with Paul, who is a excellent salesman and knows his job, about the belt being broken. I asked if I could just get the belt and install myself. He explained to bring the mower out to see if it's covered under warranty. I borrowed a trailer and brought it out. I was looking to purchase a weedeater and wasn't sure which model was a good fit for me, the salesman was extremely helpful with getting me the right one and also setting me up with string, oil, and gas cans. Very impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful he was, will definitely be back when I need service!
