If I could give this place a negative review, I 1000% would i’ve had to go through Hell and back to get hundreds of dollars that they wrongfully took from me. I went in there to buy a single battery for a mower was charged multiple times then when I tried to talk about it to the management, they said it would fall off in which it didn’t then when I call them, they said they would later call the bank and discuss it with them. they didn’t so instead I had to report it as fraudulent charges to my bank, and I’m still waiting on ... read more

I know this place has a bad rap. They always fix my lawn mower. Great. The people there are always angry though
We had an awesome experience this morning!!! I needed a chainsaw but wasn’t sure which one. Charley asked a few questions and knew exactly what I needed. All the staff was very friendly and polite. I would recommend everyone to go check out Ottens for any of their yard equipment needs!!!
