This seems like a very organized and well-run clinic. The receptionist was kind, welcoming, and helpful, so I went into my consultation with high expectations. 10/10 experience. I completed an Invisalign treatment with Ottawa West Orthodontics, and would recommend the clinic in a heartbeat. Every interaction with the team was always professional, efficient, clear, and friendly. Appointments always ran on time, scheduling was effortless, the insurance process was straightforward, and communication was crystal clear at every step. I can’t say enough amazing things about this orthodontists office. Dr. Shari and her team are Simply amazing!! Even though we hadn’t been there in over a year since both of our kids had their braces removed, they took me in during their lunch hour without any hesitation.
