I've had nothing but great experiences with them: during appointments, walk-ins, and after hours. They've been nothing but caring and I've never felt like they were trying to rush us.
We love all the doctors there! They always take great care of our boys, 3 cats 1 dog..
I love Ottawa Vet! Our 3 month old puppy had a reaction to her vaccination and they stayed after closing so we could get her seen. It's nice having a vet that cares for your pet as much as you do. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
I took my little girl pup there cause she was sick, they didn't even do any blood tests or x rays, just said she had pancreatitis an then sent her home with me with pain meds n an antibiotic. The next day she was worse, swollen up n could not breathe. I called them 3 times begging for help, Dr. Smith finally called me back after 2 hours to say "it would be awhile" before he could come to town an it was going to cost me. My little girl died in my arms half an hour later.
Very caring place and sympathetic during hard times. And their pet cremation service partner is outstanding! Personal shout out to Dr. Stadler ♥
