The eye exam was perfect! Both professionals who took care of me were amazing. They took their time, were very knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The ladies who helped me choose my glasses were wonderful as well—friendly, professional, and very patient. The front desk staff were also excellent and provided outstanding customer service. The doctor couldn’t complete my 11 year old son’s exam because I had two happy little girls aged two and three playing in her waiting room. They touched no glasses or ran around exploring. Maybe if she had some toys for toddlers they wouldn’t have came up with something to amuse themselves. An hour drive wasted because Dr. Nicole Maine can’t stand listening to children playing and made me feel like I’m the problem saying this isn’t acceptable. Also am a veteran medically released due to PTSD.
