Highly recommended. Friendly, professional, helpful personnel. Modern, bright, spacious facility. Broad selection of eye care products from frames to eye drops and wipes. Appointment started on time. Optometrist Kevin was friendly, thorough and took time to explain what was doing, answer and ask questions, and offer choices (whether or not to have the eye drops that dilate the pupil). Force you to pay for exams you do not want 55 bucks that is. Other location don't force this on you. I work for an eye glasses location and I refer people to them. Not no more
The team at the Petawawa and Pembroke location have been fantastic in providing the care and help needed for my daughter. We were able to see the optometrist quickly and fill the prescription promptly. We received lots of help in picking frames. I'm beyond happy with the service we have received and the selection of frames at both locations. I would highly recommend this clinic.
