I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this group. Its a safe, welcoming space where I feel well heard and understood. They have a calm, caring approach and an ability to ask interesting questions that help me see things from new perspectives.They never made me feel judged, and they always respected my pace while gently encouraging growth. I highly recommend this group. Very professional.
