Dr Fathy cares deeply for his clients, goes above and beyond every session with his kindness and makes me feel so cared for; he’s gentle and never wants to see a soul in pain. Can’t believe I’ve been going to other dentists, I feel so safe in his care. Not to mention the front desk staff are so patient and sweet as well! A very beautiful work dynamic between them. Every visit I’ve had at Ottawa Smiles Family Dental has been an excellent experience. I’ve come in for a variety of reasons and dental concerns, and each time, Dr. Fathy has handled every situation with professionalism, compassion, and understanding. He consistently takes the time to ensure I feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the process.
