Cerdric, Tom and the rest of the crew are A1++ in my books. We had a tenant situation that that needed to be managed without hesitation. In fact, it was well underway before we needed to be involved. 5 Stars for that as this is 100% the reason we “employ a management company”! We were not in Canada yet this situation was handled expeditiously and with professionalism! All with a “Hands on Approach” from them with and minimal involvement from us! Super Kudos to OPM!
