Had a water leak in my basement that I couldn't pinpoint myself. Called Ottawa Plumbing Service and they sent someone out for leak detection the same afternoon - pretty impressive since I'm right downtown and figured they'd be swamped with calls. The technician was thorough and found the problem behind my water heater. Fixed it properly and cleaned up after. Good honest work.

The kitchen sink at our place in Lowertown had been draining slower every week until it finally clogged completely. We called Francis for drain cleaning and he came that same day. He ran a camera through the line, found the blockage further down, and cleared it without making a mess. By the time he was done the sink drained like normal again, and he even showed us what had caused it so we wouldn’t repeat the problem.

Francis came out same day when our kitchen drain started backing up. Being in Rockcliffe Park, I wasn't sure if they'd service our area quickly, but they were here within a few hours. Really appreciated the upfront pricing - no hidden fees like I've dealt with before. He had all the right equipment for the drain cleaning and got everything flowing again in about an hour. Will definitely call them again if we have any other issues.

I recently had my bathroom relocated to the basement and Ottawa Plumbing Service handled the entire project from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. The new bathroom looks amazing and functions perfectly.
