I highly recommend Ottawa Orthotic Lab! I’ve been coming here for over 35 years, and Kevin Carrington and the team always deliver amazing work. Kevin is a true professional who goes above and beyond, tweaking and customizing my orthotics over repeat visits until they fit just right. I also recently started using the Jobst compression socks that they carry, and they work brilliantly. I've always had great service here. Great clinic, clean, lots of parking. Staff are friendly, and Kevin is amazing! Always attentive to our needs and skilled at what he does! We've been coming back every year for new orthotics! My kids really like Kevin too... and they loved getting their feet molded for orthotics :)
I saw Rebecca a couple of weeks ago to get custom made orthotics. I was really impressed by the time and the care that she put into assessing my feet (I have a lot of serious medical and mechanical issues with them) and with her answers to my questions. I am also very satisfied with the orthotics that she made for me. I can already feel the difference. My feet feel less tired and achy, and my toes are no longer curling in my shoes. I would really recommend Ottawa Orthotics Lab’s services.
