I have been suffering from a sharp back pain for a while and I badly needed new orthotics. I was able to see Rebecca fairly quickly. She explained all the details of her analysis. She was very generous of her time and she answered all the questions I had. I missed an appointment and she was very chilled about it. I had another appointment shortly after and never felt any grudges on her part. This job was well done because I feel much better now. I recommend Rebecca.
Kevin helped me with a new pair of orthotics for my golf shoes. Fantastic experience all around; I highly recommend him to anyone who has been on the fence about exploring orthotics.
After months of pain, I booked an appointment and got orthotics. Best decision ever. Service is quick and friendly. Best of all the pain is gone! Thank you!
I have received orthotics and service of the highest quality! I went to the Ottawa Orthotics Lab to get custom orthotics and was warmly welcomed by the secretary and helped by Rebecca Hemmerick. Great service, learned a lot from the professionals. Very welcoming! I got a big relief with new orthotics and was able to have them adjusted for free for even more comfort. Wish I came in years ago.
