Kevin Carrington is a consummate professional. After several physical tests focused on my gait, followed by intentional questions about my lifestyle, Kevin molded and designed a pair of orthotics for me that resulted in a noticeably better quality of life. Kevin and Suzie are a great team and I had an amazing experience. I was about to go on a trip and did not know that I would need custom made orthotics until the week before. Kevin was professional and his passion on ensuring that you have the right footcare really shines through. I have been going to Ottawa Orthotic Lab for my orthotics for several years and hope to continue working with them as long as I wear shoes. Rebecca is professional and knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help her clients. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in need of orthotics.
I had a great experience with Ashley Koets at Ottawa Orthotic Lab. I'd been having pain in ball of my foot and the metatarsal pads on the orthotics helped reduce this pain. I purchased two pairs of orthotics and the recommended shoes also helped a lot.
Had a great experience with Kevin at Ottawa Orthotic Lab. I had been having a lot of trouble with plantar fasciitis over the last year.
