Rebecca and Kevin are both excellent. A wealth of knowledge and professional. I personally prefer/recommend the polymer/plasticy orthotic. Idk the name sorry. It's good for my height and size. But ofc discuss with them the options. Keep up the great work OOL

I first saw Rebecca in 2016. I had a Tailor's Bunion and was having a lot of pain along the outside of my foot. She fitted me with custom orthotics and the pain disappeared. I haven't had any foot issues since then, until this past November when my toes and the ball of my foot started hurting. I knew exactly who to go see. I have had orthotics most of my life and I have to say that the ones made by Ottawa Orthotic Lab are infinitely better than any others I've gotten anywhere else. Not only are they super friendly and easy to work with, the quality of their work is amazing too. I have nothing but terrific things to say about them and the work that they do.
