Dr. Riddle is amazing. He managed to diagnose an issue I have had ongoing for years in minutes that five other dentists could not identify. He is gentle, friendly, and takes the fear out of dentistry. I actually look forward to my check ups and cleanings. He also can do root canals and extractions, so it is unlikely I will need a specialist and travel to Lawrence or Kansas City. Everyone, including the assistants and hygenists are fantastic. I will never go anywhere else while he is in practice.
Dr Paul Riddle and his assistant Pam were absolutely Amazing. I'm Not a fan of going to the dentist, and was very hesitant to go. But I had a cracked tooth that was killing me. VA finally authorized a visit. Dr Riddle explained everything perfectly. Had to end up pulling the cracked tooth. The care was excellent. I expected some pain afterwards, but to my surprise, after the shots wore off, zero pain. Thank you so much for the outstanding care and professionalism throughout the entire process. I would Highly recommend them.
Great team and environment
I just recently switched to Ottawa Kansas Dentistry and was extremely pleased with the friendly service and thorough cleaning.
Most of us don’t like change, but sometimes it’s for the good. I made the change to Ottawa Kansas Dentistry a few years back, and I am so glad I did. I had known Dr. Johnson from a service club we belong to but had not seen her professionally. The first thing I noticed as a patient was the care and compassion for me.
