From my personal experience: An extremely triggering and irresponsible on-boarding assessment process. Picture being asked to rhyme off every traumatic experience in your life, spending a trivial amount of time on them, and then pivoting away from them completely and never revisiting the topic or getting any closure. I was shocked to see so many bad reviews when I came on here the other day looking for their number for a follow up appointment. I get it, I remember doing intake forms many years ago and agree that they were highly triggering, it infuriated me to no end. In a perfect world you have a support person to guide you through the intake questionnaire. With that said, the paperwork is a necessary part of the process. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Kelly and Ms. Berman and I cannot express enough gratitude for my overwhelmingly positive experience. It was apparent from my first meeting how passionate, and knowledgeable Dr. Kelly and Ms. Berman were in their professions. I felt immediately comfortable in first meetings and communications throughout my experience were clear, thorough yet concise. I cannot recommend them enough and am grateful for their incredible service to our community.
*****UPDATE Since posting this review, we have received a follow-up from Dr. Pete Kelly who has addressed our concerns, and provided a summary report based on the initial assessment. He also let us know that changes in their internal processes have been put in place in response to our feedback. We appreciated the time and care he took to resolve the situation.
