I haven't gone here yet, but I've been looking good place to get help and I'm feeling very discouraged about the reviews of all mental facilities in ottawa. What's going on? This is so pathetic
Civic hospital Tim Horton's
An absolute waste, nurses & security are more concerned mimicking the distress of the patients than providing actual help? Dietary needs? I told them 3 days ago I cannot eat gluten or eggs and all 3 meals on all 3 days have gave out with gluten. Their response? Just walk to the cafeteria? “Oh wait, you’re on lockdown” I’ve never seen such inhumane care to mental health. The emergency staff wait room was a 5 star resort compared to this bell hole.
