I had a colonoscopy at OGI yesterday and found the combination of professionalism, patient centric care and the general positivity to be quite reassuring to a very nervous patient. The staff are caring and genuinely seem to like where they work and what they do. In addition the time of referral to the procedure took less than a month, which in these days of wait times is remarkable. I highly recommend them.
