Well, where do I start. The last 2 orders were not delivered by the stated 4pm deadline (even though I paid extra for this). This also happened awhile back as well, so three late deliveries in total. Each time I had to reach out to them to refund the additional delivery cost - would have been nice if they would have reached out, and not the other way around.
