The service staff suggested adding AC and furnace cleaning, but did not mention that the process would require drilling holes in the air ducts. It is unprofessional to proceed with this without clearly explaining the procedure to me beforehand. Now new air ducts are full of many black rubber plugs. I really regret it.
Very dissapointed. Im not sure how these can be considered «cleaned» and charging me $600 for duct cleaning in June (pictures taken today) EDIT: Ottawa Duct Cleaning reached out to me and was very kind and apologetic, offering me a partial refund. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
Seriously disappointed with the work done. Hired for a 3bdrm house dealing with previous tenants animals (urine) smells. No relief from any smells, every time the heat goes off the whole house stinks. I'm still cleaning out the vents the cats obviously peed into. All they did was blow air threw the vents, leaving debris all around the kitchen floor and master bdrm vent (a melted crayon, old lipstick, dust & dirt), bent 2 floor vents beyond repair instead of removing them, just warped. This company gave me the information I needed to decide to do the job. They gave me a quote and arrived on time when they. said they would. Their team was very profesional and went about their work professionally and thoroughly. They gave me before and after shots of ducts. I would recommend them to anyone.
