I've been relying on my Team of skilled lab techs at Ottawa for years. Their work is stellar because communication is the key to partnering with any service providers. The cases arrive on time and complete. I have a list of technicians that I can call for consultation or advice. I'm giving Ottawa Dental Lab 10 THUMBS UP!
Overworked and underpaid staff. They pay women in their 20s less than a man in his 30s-40s with the same amount of experience. They expect people to stay well past their scheduled time. They don’t give proper promotions, they will tell you that you have a certain role, but they will never put it on paper and won’t pay you the proper amount for it. Don’t work here is you value your mental health and don’t want to be overworked.
I am a very dependable hard worker and have applied for work several times for a position at this company. They never even give me a chance yet they are always hiring.
