Dr. Pfaff was very helpful and knowledgeable when I came in with a rib issue. I was able to see him with short notice and get treated. Thank you!
Staff was very kind and informative, always made sure I had all the info I needed and made sure to facilitate the needs I had. I went for chiropractic services and they helped relieve the pain.
The treatments themselves are amazing and have resolved several long term issues and pain points, but I really go for Cherina - she approaches every patient with an exceptional balance of professionalism, friendliness and warmth, clear communication about what she’s doing and why, humour, and a positive attitude. She makes every patient feel like they’re special, and then sends them home feeling brand new.
Wonderful staff and clinic environment, but clinical care became rushed. I originally left a 5-star review for this clinic, but after a year of consistent visits in 2024 and 2025, I am updating it to 3 stars to accurately reflect my full experience. The Positives: The Atmosphere: The front-desk and acupuncture staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and warm.
