I tried to contact the office to pay for a missed appointment. I started calling at 3:12 and was on hold until they hung up at 3:58 pm. I have tried to call back but whenever I press 1 to speak to a live agent, the line now automatically hangs up. Their office hours state they are open until 4:45 pm. Really disappointed as I was on hold for over 45 minutes with no response. I would just like to resolve this matter.
My review is completely based on Dr Wong. He is absolutely amazing. He is very thorough. He listens and cares. He has a sense of humor and such a kind spirit. He makes sure you completely understand and are comfortable with everything. I wish more Dr's could be like him.
I have been a patient at the Ottawa cardiovascular centre for many years. I have had many echocardiograms. My experience today with Bertwin was the reason for my review today! He has an excellent way with patients, is thorough, professional, and for the first time in many years I have not been in pain during or after the procedure! Thank You Bertwin!!!
