Karen was rude! She didn't show up for our showing because she was sick and I used vacation to make the time that fit her schedule because she was gong on vacation! There was nobody else to show the ballroom in our, the customers, schedule. Never returned my email! Never called to say she couldn't make it! Left waiting in the parking lot with fiancé and our kids! The outside is a dump, never got to see the inside because she didn't show up. Thanks for standing us up! It's an awesome location. And the view.......it's wonderful. The rooms are big enough for any event.
