RecommendedGreat location. Convenient to Interstates, shopping, dining, etc. I've been here 3 &1/2 years. I love my apartment! The maintenance guy James is always prompt & helpful. There has been an ownership change while I was here, and the new owners seem to be pretty GREAT! Its a good place to live for a single person, student, or young couple just starting out. Neighbors are friendly, and courteous. LOVE OTTAWA ARMS & I am happy to be a resident here!
