An Indian lady answered my call and was so unprofessional. She was refusing to give me another appointment when I had stated nicely that I couldn’t make that specific time if there was anything else available which I got told no in a very insensitive way. This place lacks the professionalism it takes to answer such a call from woman calling for help. If you treat others with respect, that’s how it’s earned.
