I can’t say enough about the amazing care we received! Molly Anderson saw my son after an ear rupture right before our vacation and was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. Sarah Hurst was just as wonderful with me—calm, attentive, and thorough—making me feel completely cared for. She spent time going over my history and helping me get referrals for a few things. been comming here for 20 years I would not go anywhere else
I understand being short staffed, and I understand that yes, even doctors get sick. What I don’t understand is having an appt. With your PCP cancelled 7 times in a row. I also don’t understand why a secretary is the one deciding who gets seen and who doesn’t. Especially when said secretary, can’t even pass along a simple message. This has been going on for over a year. Watching our elderly population being treated so poorly is mind blowing. Thank God for Mac and Laura. They are the only saving grace to this asinine place.
I have been a patient for years and I consistently have challenges refilling medications. I call and use the online portal ahead of time to request it to be filled and each time something goes wrong. This leaves me frustrated time after time calling 5-6 times over each medication and having to have endless patience to get a simple task completed. I have been left without medication so many times. I have been a patient for MANY years and I still have problems with getting my medicine refilled. I start calling about a week before they're due but the office still doesn't get the refills called in. I am many times without my medicine that I have been on for years and years. I hope that they can get this undercontrol.
