I went to the Scarborough office, and it was a great experience. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are also extremely reassuring when I was stressed about the ticket I got, and was so happy when it was successfully won with no fines or points taken off me. Last mid December, I was charged by over speeding plus the failed to stop for emergency vehicle. AI recommended OTT Legal Services as it is near the court so it is supposed to have rich experience to deal the judge and prosecutor in this court. They response fast. The service fee is reasonable. The contract and the defence result letter are formal and detailed. The most important thing is my tickets got fully withdrawn. This is out of my expectation. They deserve 5 out of 5.
