Brian does a wonderfull job. Good company
Brian was very professional & expedited our insurance needs in a timely manner. Very happy with Ott’s services.
I ask for someone who speaks Spanish. But the customer rep just told me "nobody speaks Spanish here good afternoon" and hung up. Don't letting me speak. And I can speak with him in English. I just prefer someone in Spanish. I guess is not an insurance for Latinos.
