Our family recently moved to the area and it's difficult to change and get comfortable in a new environment! Dr. Minkel and Dove are angels! The staff are helpful and patient too!
The vet was very kind, however the owner and office staff were rude and unprofessional. Transferred to another vet.

I had an excellent experience here. I live downstate but my senior pup was limping badly after she slipped and fell on some snow while in Gaylord for a visit. The staff got me in the same day for an examination. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the warm and friendly staff. I appreciated that all staff members took the time to properly examine my sweet girl and did not try to upsell me on x-rays, etc. after advising me my pup probably sustained a minor sprain or strain injury.
