I had the option between here and petoskey, I called petoskey , they’re cheaper and closer. I picked here bc the lady over the phone sounded extremely eager to help. And when I got there Miss Jenna was really helpful. They were all extremely helpful. But Miss Jenna was alone and the desk, just cheerful all the way through. That’s TWO different skills, I’ve never seen that before. And then alone ?? Doubling down on it ? Crazy work. In my mind. My Dad, who is 87 yrs old, needed urgent endodontistry care this week. Dr. McMahan and his staff member Jenna went out of their way to help him through the process. They each contacted me on several separate occasions, to keep me up to date on Dad's progress, as I live nearly 2 hours away and was unable to be there to help him through this unexpected upset to his routine. I highly recommend Dr. McMahan and his qualified and professional team. I was experiencing pain that was not easily traced to a particular tooth. They were able to determine the source of the pain and perform the surgery all in one day. I walked out of their office pain free!
