I can't possibly thank the Otsego Endodontics doctors and staff enough for their extraordinary care with my dental emergency. They squeezed me in for an emergency root canal the same morning I called and went above and beyond to make sure I was in great hands and very well taken care of. I experienced an abscess from previous trauma to that tooth, and I was again able to get in immediately to get and I&D to take care of it. Recommended by my dentist,, so glad she did, not crazy about root canals but they sure did an awesome job, had a very stubborn wisdom tooth to numb. 4 hrs later it was done including a permanent filling. Everyone in that office was terrific people, I highly recommend for any work that needed from an endocrinologist !
The staff were warm and professional. They explained everything very well and gave me several opportunities to ask questions while not pressuring me towards a specific treatment option. During the exam and treatment they walked me through what was about to happen. They were efficient but I didn’t feel rushed. Thank you!
What a great dental team of knowledgeable, welcoming (Jenna), skilled caregivers! Nicole was gentle and efficient and this 1st time endodontic visitor calmed herself right down! Dr McMahon 's comprehensive treatment and easy-to-understand interpretation and guidance was very much appreciated.
I was referred by my dentist and the following day I got an appointment For a root canal. The entire staff and doctor were very pleasant and very professional. I felt like I was in very capable hands. I drove one and a half hours for my appointment and it was well worth it. I would highly recommend this office for your procedures.
