Van#2088 530am had a very bad attitude. Wouldn't turn off inside lights from Nanakuli to HPD main station. Van was dirty with a 🐝 I killed after getting on. His answer to me when I asked "driver,can you turn off the inside lights?" Was "no" asked him "how come?" His answer was "cuz that's how I like it" well something tells me he ain't a good driver if he needs lights on while driving. Please have a supervisor ride with him. Totally unacceptable attitude.
