Had a great first experience at Rokr Auto. Ken was very honest and responsive. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of maintenance I knew was unnecessary. That's a hard thing to find these days. I will definitely use and recommend them.
Wonderful and incredibly fast experience. They took great care of me, understood my situation perfectly, and did all they could to help me out. I was terrified of choosing the “wrong shop” and very happy to see that I chose a right one.
Ken was extremely patient and knowledgeable when discussing a failed tail light switch on my Kia Sedona. He ran diagnostics, gave a thorough explanation along with pictures of the problem site and informed me a future cost. I felt very comfortable and confident with their ability to take care of my vehicle!
