I have had a few issues with my daughter. However being that she is seen by so many different specialist this is the first office that I have ever been to that personally contacted me to resolve any problems and made sure my daughter was being taken care of!
I took my 2 1/2-year-old daughter for a hearing test at this location. The staff was excellent, but waiting 45 minutes to go back for the appointment was unacceptable. Definitely not a good first impression. Highly doubt I'll be back at this practice, unless they make sure to inform patients that the doctors are running behind.
all staff and doctors were so kind and work very well with children. Dr Da Costa was wonderful and actually completed surgery today for my daughter. everything was a huge success and i'm very pleased.
