Was helped by Donna and Dr Hetzler today, seen 5 min after checking in, The doctor asked thorough questions and did many tests to ensure there was not an undiagnosed problem. They were both very thorough and respectful and the process was a breeze I highly recommend this doctor.

Awful customer service
The doctor ENT specialist has been amazing in helping my mom. However, I was extremely frustrated as disappointed with staff. My mom is an elderly and had dialysis prior to her appointment. We arrived early and still was not seen until 45 min after her appointment. We waited a total of an hour and 45 minutes for a 5 min follow-up. The receptionist misinformed us about the wait time several times... we would have rescheduled if I knew the doctor would be running 45 min late.
