I had a referral from urgent care below and not only did they call me the next business day to set up an appointment, but that appointment was the same day! Dr Moir was also really good. She was very nice, answered all of my questions, explained what was going on with my ear, what medicine to take and when to expect my hearing to get better. Overall a great experience
This department is incredibly unprofessional and lacks basic compassion. They made me and my newborn wait over 3.5 hours for an appointment simply because they messed up the scheduling. There is no communication among the staff, no prior call to confirm the appointment, and no basics human care And what was the result of all this waiting? A pointless appointment with an ENT who doesn’t even understand the basics of pediatric care and suggested we book an appointment with Stanford instead. Doctors are okay but I really don’t get the feeling the organization cares if you live or die. So I’d recommend finding any other ENT if you can.
The doctors are great, the secretaries are consistently rude. Like, i'm just trying to book an appointment, chill out.
