After two appointments (the first one kept me there for over two hours) and two different prescriptions, the condition that brought me there is unaffected by the treatment they prescribed. The office itself is uncaring and inefficient, and their (online) "Patient Portal" is worthless. I thought I was making an appointment with Dr. Beckford but I ended up with Tonya Newsom, the nurse practitioner.
