I was calm when I shared my frustration with Dr. Hansen about the sign in process not working. She then refused to see me and walked out leaving me in the room. Very unprofessional! They took my money though because I had to pay ahead.
Provider I saw had terrible bedside manner and when I called to make a complaint, I was told practice manager would call me back to follow up. They never did.
Never again. Been waiting over a week for them to fax the order for a sinus scan to a radiologist for an appointment.
You might want to go to Southern Indiana ENT instead of Otolaryngology Associates. I saw Dr Knoll on Jan 23, 2025. Other than ordering a CT scan on my sinuses, he didn’t do much. He prescribed some medication for acid reflux. After looking at the results of the CT scan, he didn’t think any surgery was needed. He told me to try a few things that I had already been doing for months and that he could refer me to an allergist if I thought it would help.
