I do NOT recommend this place, Dr. Knoll is AWFUL and my experience was HORRIBLE! I went here about a year ago because I have been getting chronic ear infections for about 7 years, with no prior history. Dr. Knoll then basically gaslit me and stated I “was not really getting ear infections” and that it was an issue with my jaw (even though my primary has diagnosed my ear infections every time). I called yesterday to make an appointment to see Dr Knoll. First off, I am not sure what is up with their phone system, but after 5 separate phone calls and following the correct prompts (and being disconnected) someone finally answered. I confirmed dob, name etc and then was transfered to someone else and waited and finally made the appt. The people on the phone were very pleasant and nice. I was calm when I shared my frustration with Dr. Hansen about the sign in process not working. She then refused to see me and walked out leaving me in the room. Very unprofessional! They took my money though because I had to pay ahead.
Provider I saw had terrible bedside manner and when I called to make a complaint, I was told practice manager would call me back to follow up. They never did.
Never again. Been waiting over a week for them to fax the order for a sinus scan to a radiologist for an appointment.
