They didn't get my child in for a 2 week ear infection after multiple calls If you care for your kids or significant other then go to a different office. You are just a $$$ sign here. This is not an office that cares about their patients.
So I called the doctors office yesterday due to being told to call them. However - this is healthcare....they refused to talk to me due to something in 2017......yep approximately 7 years ago....I brought up this is a joke right Medical bills sit for how long certain charges can get expunged....I ended the conversations I hope whatever they made off of the 2 experimental surgeries I had as a kid paid them well. Very rude staff got shitty with me because they told me the wrong information wouldn't let me talk supposedly i got shitty when i was explaining and the very unprofessional secretary kept cutting me off i will not be coming back
