OA Design Build did a great job on our house remodel. We had a crazy idea during the pandemic to add a pool to our backyard and a gym to our basement, which meant completely re-configuring the back of our house and our lower level. They listened carefully to our goals, helped us design a project that fit our budget and then built it with impeccable quality. We wish they had built the original part of the house, too. Working with OA has been a complete disaster. I agree with everything jamog4l listed and have so much more to add. Please take time to read this entire review if you are considering a project with them. They never returned to finish their punch list items to complete our $350k+ project. There were many instances of unprofessionalism throughout the project that they took no responsibility for, but there’s a word count restriction here and I literally can’t fit it all.
