Reasonable rent and good maintenance staff. I live at River terrace apartments.
You guys are trying to make me pay the rent when I don’t even live there I signed a release form to get off of it and keeping my deposit from me too you guys have been ripping people off and I have a 30 days notice also I don’t need to pay rent anymore if I don’t live there and it’s kinda odd getting emails on the weekend and not business days
