I've been patient since 2018 with Gloria Kim to start with. I started seeing Jakima Bloomfield February of 2025 and I give her 5 stars and amazing psychotherapy. All of sudden May 5, 2026, one year after, I received a rude a phone call that I had to cancel all my virtual appointments bc supposedly my insurance does not cover but wanted to continue virtual medication follow up. Please DO NOT GO there! After 5 years, I was able to get out of there. The quality of services of some mental health providers is very concerning, hence their big turnover. I was assigned several NPs throughout these years, including FREDERICK SESSOMS, the WORST of all of them. Please, DO NOT go with him EVER. This person lacks all kinds of skills, to the point that he dismissed me during a suicidal crisis a few years back. Another NP named TOLU, seems very young and improvising at all times. I’m very impressed with my doctor and the staff. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me with getting my life back on track. They have always been very couteous and respectful. Thank you Camille for always going out of your way to make sure my questions are answered!!
Horrible communication no one is ever available to return your call. Good luck on appointment availability….. I will never use this service again nor would I refer anyone looking for Services. It has become apparent while so many of the providers have left.
