These guys are amazing! The level of Customer service exceeds my expectations every time I go here. I just had some difficulty getting a new O-ring in place on my water filter. I was convinced I had the wrong size. They took the time to explain in detail exactly what I needed to do and provided me with all the advice I needed. They might be a small town store with not as much selection as Home Depot or Lowe’s. But they are always my first stop. This was my first of what I know will be many more visits. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable; providing suggestions for my latest DIY project. I needed the wooden rods I bought cut to a specific measurement and Jackson skillfully did the job. Rondie (not sure of the spelling) assisted me in locating and figuring what materials were best for my project. I recommend this hardware.
